Allas Sea Pool wanted to renew and develop its services and customer experience in the heart of Helsinki. The goal was to modernize the floating saunas and indoor saunas and improve the functionality and comfort of the terrace areas – without compromising the special requirements of a maritime location or continuity of use.

Project implementation

AMP Yhtiöt has been a trusted partner of Allas Sea Pool for several years, implementing a number of construction projects at the site in stages. Renovation work has been carried out on the floating saunas, indoor saunas, restaurant structures and the extensive terrace area, among other things. The projects have emphasized sustainability in marine conditions, the longevity of structures, and detailed finishing.
