What was AMP responsible for?

Project background and objective

ICCO Shopping Center has been developing its operations intensively with the aim of increasing visitor numbers and better meeting the needs of tenants and customers. The goal was to find a contractor capable of managing the entire construction project from preliminary planning to implementation. ICCO does not have its own construction professionals, so the selected partner was required to meet high standards in terms of self-management, overall control, and reliability.

Project implementation

This was a major renovation project for the shopping center. AMP Yhtiöt carried out an extensive space renovation project that included several different sub-projects. AMP handled all stages of the work, from preliminary assessment and design management to implementation and finishing. The project progressed on schedule and within budget, with clear communication, cost-effectiveness, and smooth day-to-day operations for the customer being key factors in the implementation.
